Alexandria’s lakefront market is off to a great start. In fact, the best start for the January 1 – 19 period in 5 years. These are significant sales too and I am referring only to the real estate that has been marked as a pending sale in Alexandria’s MLS. There will be more tagged as pending soon from my office.
I say they are significant as the average list price of the lake properties under contract is $413,660. This is significantly higher than the average price of lake homes sales over the past 5 years. It’s going to be a good year and I can’t wait for spring to arrive in the Alexandria Lakes Area.
