Earlier this morning around 10 am I disturbed the peace and quiet at Lake Darling briefly to record an aerial video. Actually, both of my neighbors were away from their homes and the whirr of the rotors isn’t too bad unless you are fairly close to it. I keep the flights fairly short just in case someone does find it annoying. Anyway, as you will see, Little and Big Darling and Lake Carlos were fairly quiet. It is now afternoon and that has changed as there are quite a few people out for a cruise enjoying the Chain and the nice weather. I have to leave soon to take a look at a Lake Minnewaska home with people that are considering a lake home purchase.
The lakefront real estate market has been very busy this year but there still are some good buys at most price points. In my opinion, the really good buys right now are the lakefront townhomes and condominiums that are active listings.
Later in the day I launched my drone again for a trip from Darling Drive to Zorbaz and Bug-a-Boo Bay. Now if I can land it and have Zorbaz in Alexandria, MN attach a chicken and rice burrito, life will be really good.
