Alexandria Light and Power has a camera aimed at Broadway in Alexandria and put together a time lapse video showing the work in 4 minutes and thirty-four seconds. The work began in May of 2014 and Broadway was re-opened earlier this month. The finishing touches such as planting trees is still underway but there no longer are any detours. Yay.
