For Sale at Three Havens Drive

In the 1990’s my family owned a cottage at the south end of Lake Carlos on Three Havens Drive and it still pains me to drive by it. It was a small cottage that was torn down last year to make way for new construction. While the small cottage was my favorite lake property that I have lived at because of the level, sandy lakeshore and broad view of Lake Carlos, there was another home a few lots away that I admired. It currently is on the market and listed in the MLS with one of my partners. The current owners have made quite a few improvements and added on to the home. Note that on any page of this site at the top right there is a magnifying glass icon that will bring you to a search page. With this property and all MLS listings, you can quickly find a listing if you know the house number or MLS number. For this listing, if you type 388 there will be a pop-up that has “388 (Street Address)”. Select it and then click ‘FIND’ and voila, you will be shown all listing with 388 in the address field. Just be sure to adjust the property type if you are looking for real estate other than residential properties.
