A bad play on words, I know, and I don’t mean “what is wrong”. What I mean is “here is what has been going on at Lake Darling in 2015”. The photo was shot this morning while I was on my Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) passing from Lake Carlos to Lake Darling.
There currently are nine homes for sale at Lake Darling, three have accepted Purchase Agreements but are still in escrow and there have six closed sales since January 1st. Excluded from those totals are properties that are off the lake but have access to the lake via deeded or shared access. The closed sale price range is $279,000 (a Baywood townhome) to $750,000 (a home on Darling Drive). The list price range for the active listings is $654,000 on the high end (a Casa Marina Road home) and $239,000 on the low end (also a Casa Marina Road home).
