Since 1964 the fairways and greens of the Lake Miltona Golf Club have been pleasing, unless your golf game is similar to mine, golfers that visit or live in Douglas County. Located at the southeast corner of Lake Miltona, the club owners released their pricing for 2023. For as little as $795 ($575 if you are aged 35 or less) you can play the 18 hole course for the entire 2023 season. The club also has a 20 station driving range and a putting green that is over 7,000 square feet. If you pay your dues in full by February 28th, you will receive a $30 clubhouse credit ($50 for couples). Below the aerial video in this post showing the course you will find the text from the 2023 Welcome Letter written by the owners. It is indeed a welcoming and laid back golf club and you will gain a feel for this and the owners and the club in the welcome letter.
Welcome to 2023!
Happy New Year everyone!
2022 was another year of growth in annual passes and rounds played. We continue to welcome new
friends into our golf family at the course. THANK YOU for the fantastic support this past year as well
as in years past. We have established a strong foundation of members and friends that has enabled us to
keep making improvements to the course and clubhouse.
The new paint, artwork, tables and chairs were a huge success last summer. This year we are working on
replacing the keg cooler with a downstairs walk-in keg cooler to add additional options of tap beer. We
are replacing the drinking fountain with a bottle filling station and we purchased an additional 2 golf
cars, bringing our fleet to 42 cars. We are also working with the MGA to offer a new set of tees that
combine the green and gold markers. On the course we removed a few trees and, with some much appreciated help, trimmed up trees over the entire course so all the branches are above the canopy of a golf car now.
With the early payment of an annual pass, we will be offering a credit inside the clubhouse if fully paid
by February 28, 2023. A $50.00 credit for couples or a $30.00 credit for individuals will be
available. The credit will be in the form of a gift card with no expiration date and good for anything in
the clubhouse.
We will continue with our January gift card drawing this year. If your annual pass is paid in full in
January, your name will be put in a drawing for $50.00 worth of gift cards: $25.00 at the Leaf Valley
Mercantile and $25.00 at The DogHouse Bar & Grill in Parkers. So, for a chance at $50.00 worth of gift
cards, send in your application this month! Gary and Mary Williams were the lucky winners last
January.
The FAMILY UP & DOWN category has been a huge addition to our golf family the past three years
and we will continue with it going forward. The Family Up & Down includes your parents,
grandparents, your kids, spouses, and your grandkids. This all-in-one annual pass is priced at $1,628.00
tax included! The primary purchaser must be an active golfer. Send me an email if you have any
questions on the annual passes.
A popular way to purchase an annual pass is through automatic withdrawal; we offer the opportunity to
pay on a monthly basis beginning in March and running through October. We ask for 25% down and
then the remainder of the balance will be taken in 8 even monthly increments (if started in March) and
will be paid in full in October. This can be started in any month and will be calculated out to be paid in
full to October. Send me an email if this interests you or if you have questions.
We hope to see you back out on the course this spring and continue enjoying outdoor activities. With
sincere thanks, Patti and I look forward to seeing you again in 2023 for another year of memorable golf
as we start our 27th year at Lake Miltona Golf Club!
