Instead, I’ll give you a written tour of the home. From Alexandria, it is about a 15 minute drive north on Highway 29. Turn left on Willow Road and then turn right onto E Lake Miltona Drive. Arriving at the home you will park on a large, concrete driveway leading to a three stall garage. Leading from the driveway to the home is a stamped concrete sidewalk with a patio to the left of the front door. Entering the home you will be greeted by a long foyer leading to the living room and a wall of windows looking towards Lake Miltona.


Standing at the end of the foyer and looking towards the lake, to your left is the entrance to the master suite (the bedroom with a walk-in close is on the lake side) that includes a large master bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and a jetted tub, to your right the kitchen and as I mentioned straight ahead is the living room with a 25 foot cathedral ceiling. If you were to wander over to the granite topped kitchen island and turn left, that is where the entrance to the room that is being used as an office.

If you had turned to the right at the kitchen island you would be able to view the laundry/utility room entrance, a half bathroom, the door to the elevator, the stairway to the second level and a door to the three-stall garage. Note in the kitchen photo that there is a 7 by 4.5 foot pantry to the right of the refrigerator. The entire main level has in-floor heat.

Let’s head upstairs. At the top of the stairs, you will be have lake views straight ahead and a view of the main level. To your left is a full bathroom that separates two rooms. One is a lakeside bedroom that has windows with eastern and southern exposure and the other a room that is being used as an exercise room. It doesn’t have windows so I also believe it make a great media room. Or, it could also be used as additional sleeping space or for storage.

Back at the top of the stairs and facing the lake, to your right is a family room (lakeside) and another bedroom that has a window with western exposure and a lake view. The family room has a sliding door to a terrace to enjoy lake breezes.
