As I mentioned in a recent post about lakefront real estate, my belief is some of the best lake home buys in Alexandria real estate right now exist in the townhome and condominium field. I think the good buy case is amplified at Blakes by the Lakes (Lake Carlos). In the video below you can enjoy a bird’s view of Blakes. Starting at the northwest end of Lake Darling, the video takes you northeast and passes above Blakes towards the end of the video which ends at Le Homme Dieu Bay (where Blakes also owns shoreline and allows some owner the opportunity to have lifts for personal watercraft).
