Yesterday I added a Lake Miltona cottage to Alexandria’s MLS with a list price of $239,900. Located at the north end of Lake Miltona on Sandy Beach Drive, this lake home has 60 feet of level and sandy lakeshore. Can’t you envision kids, big kids too, playing on the beach or floating on a tube? What is really nice is that the kitchen window looks directly at the beach. So, the chef not only has a pleasant view and enjoyment of lake breezes, they also are able to keep an eye on their kids, grandkids, pets, etc.
The cottage uses its small scale well and there is little to maintain which is a plus. It also is attractively finished and ready to go for the summer of 2013. There is plenty of space in the living room and kitchen for those rainy days but on most days, everyone is going to spend the majority of their time outside enjoying the lake.
