Sun starved Alexandrians were outside in force yesterday, myself included. The ice is off the lakes and everyone’s spirit was brightened. I was glad to be outside doing yard work in the afternoon. A neighbor was as well and they asked me about adding fences in Alexandria as a friend was considering adding one and they didn’t know the rules.
